hehehehehehehhehehe..i havent updated my blog for so many weeks
due to lack of ideas
but suddenly, today, i think it might be helpful to give some info about pregnancy
especially for those who want to get pregnant =)
first of all..im not an expert, as this is my first pregnancy, and i am just 11 weeks ++.
1. folic acid: very important beb, especially in your first trimester. dinasihatkan jugak utk ambil before being pregnant, (which sy tak buat pon..ngeh ngeh). utk bakal pengantin yg ingin bunting pelamin, hati2 sket ya..org kata asid folik ni boleh meninggikan nafsu makan..hehehehe
nak beli kat mane asid folik ni? well pegi kaunter guardian kat farmasi..rega is rm0.60 sepapan (10 biji)..tak payah susah2 nak beli yg branded ke ape..kawan sy yg expert pasal ubat ni ckp ingredients in both adalah same..so why shud we pay more?
2. watch wat you put in your mouth: owh yes..you need to eat healthy and fresh food. inilah masa untuk makan sayur (utk org yg tak suka sayur), eliminate pengambilan gula, kalori dan garam yg berlebihan. dunt eat raw food like sushi. if bbqing, make sure sume ayam, daging, ikan, sotong yg dibakar tu completely masak. this is utk elakkan bakteria yg berada kat makanan2 tu, masuk dlm badan dan attack baby. dinasihatkan jugak utk have separated spaces dlm fridge, asingkan makanan mentah dan makanan yg dimakan like aiskrim ke ape
3. be alert with your menstrual cycle: if period dtg lambat, pegi check cepat2..jgn jadi cam sy..period dah lambat dua tiga hari..but still bantai main badminton for 2 hours..then sume komen awat muke pucat sgt (tp still bleh relaks tak buat pregnancy test)
4. watch your daily activity: bile dah tau pregnant, jgn nak mengade buat kije berat..jgn nak rush..take ur time in what you are doing..and jgn angkat barang berat..if bakul berisi kain yg utk dijemur tu berat, better suruh ur other half angkat :D ..my friend even nasihat jgn kerap sapu and mop lantai..which is somehow true..sy mop master bedroom pon dah rase nak pengsan..ngeeeeee
5. avoid caffein: ada buku ckp kandungan caffein tinggi dlm badan bleh menggalakkan keguguran..so kalau bole, stop minum kopi..and big NO to air gas. in my case, sy siap avoid minum teh, as it contains small amount of caffein as well, memandangkan in my first weeks, i had some brown spotting
6. drink a lot of water : must DO!
7. eat datte: org kata, awal2 pregnancy ni elok makan kurma, bleh membantu utk senangkan proses bersalin (wallahualam) as well, boleh mengurangkan loya dek morning sickness. i dunt have morning sickness, tp best jugak makan kurma ni, sbb rase manis2. lagipon bila u pregnant, u senang sgt lapar..so kurma ni macam snack sy la..hehehehe
8. minum susu : yup..minum segelas/ 2 gelas susu per day. tak kesah actually nak minum susu ape, as long as high calcium, sbb baby nanti akan amik calcium dari badan kita..so kalau kita tak top up banyak2..nanti kita tua, chances utk sakit tulang tu tinggi. i just minum fresh milk je, sbb i bace dlm mag Pa&Ma, utk sesiapa yg ade morning sickness yg teruk, it is advisable to drink susu khas utk ibu, like anmum ke enfagrow ke (tp mahal la sket)..but utk org yg takde morning sickness, minum susu segar pon dah mencukupi.
9. pegi O&G once you know u r pregnant: jgn tunggu sampai tiga bulan ke ape..if you pegi klinik swasta, setiap kali appointment dia akan scan..and bile u dah 7 weeks, nanti bleh nampak jantung baby berdegup =) any complication, rasa sakit tetibe ke, or ade brown spotting ke..pegi jumpe dr terus ok.jgn tunggu!
10. jgn diet tp jgn makan banyak : camne tu?hehehe obviously mmg jgn diet mase pregnant..mmg you akan rase sentiasa lapar..before this, i bleh skip makan mlm..skang ni, ya Allah..klu tak makan..rase nak pengsan..mmg lapar gile..BUT jgn makan sesuka hati..lebeykan portion daging dan sayur..selalunya, utk first trimester, berat badan akan naik about 500g per month (tp saye in 2 weeks dah naik 2 kg..hahahah seb baek minggu2 selepasnye maintain jah..haihh)

kawe dulu.. 1st pregnancy byk energy.. even.. esok lusa nok beranok siap basuh jambe ngemop lantai.. huhuhu (kes kerje cleaner may be).. tapi sgt selalu lapar.. even tgh2 mlm bangun tokleh tido.. kes lapar.. so.. sokmo kena ado stock roti..
tapi 2nd pregnancy... letih sokmo.. even ado one time tuh nok hampir pitam.. huhuh check2 rupanya Hb rendoh.. huhuhu tuh pung tahu lambat dos.. 34 weeks baru tahu...
dulu kawe kena minum air gas.. sebab sokmo.. jenis angin medu.. huhuh tokleh nok lepas.. sebab perut besar... tapi kalu jumpo dr .. dia akan bui gaviscon.. tapi kalu minum air gas... cepat tubik angin lg... hahahhahaha...
